"Very professional staff. They should come to Germany and teach the staff at Hamburg and Berlin airports how to make journeys pleasant and efficient for travelers. I just lost my small EDC knife, but it was only a cheap one. Never mind. US laws are strict, but fair. There are plenty of options for shopping, dining, and drinking. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. Most fellow passengers are friendly and relaxed. Of course some, like myself, have a fear of flying, but the casual, family-like atmosphere is very pleasant."

"Excellent selection of beers and more. The staff is super helpful in selecting the best regional products. I thoroughly enjoyed the wait for my flight. It was slightly delayed, but time flew by. "A wonderful place to stay amidst a green oasis. A beautiful forest invites you for strolls, and Fairbanks Pioneer Park is within walking distance. The room was exceptionally clean and superbly appointed with everything a traveler needs. Many thanks to the professional team. Only one thing slightly vexed me, though it was no big deal: I had taken a liking to the dark-haired receptionist and wished to share a cigarette with her. To my misfortune, she was not only married, but also pregnant. She said she only drinks alcohol and does not smoke during the nine months. A pity, but the breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. After my stay, I was awarded Platinum membership and promptly booked another stay at Best Western for my next journey. Thank you very much! ♥️🖤♥️🖤♥️🖤♥️🖤♥️"

"History meets adventure and nature. A wonderful park showcasing the heritage of Fairbanks. Exhibits range from a classic paddle steamer in superb condition in the heart of the park, to buildings from the era of explorers and Wild West pioneers, all the way to Native American art and culture. I was especially fascinated by the Raven. Families can refresh themselves with food and drinks while the numerous excellent arts and crafts shops shine in the glory of America's Last Frontier. Many thanks to the people of Fairbanks for this marvelous place to relax and learn. Don't forget to visit the Pioneer Museum! 🇺🇸♥️🏔️🖤🇩🇪"

"Super delicious! For a bargain price I received a Triple-Meat burger with perfectly fried fries and Wendy in a glass. The restaurant was very clean and quiet. Thanks to the refill cup, I was able to sample American Fanta and Root Beer. Root beer—in Germany we call it either red beer (Rotbier) or root soda (Wurzellimo)—was tasty and non-alcoholic?! The paper Wendy's fry cup was packed with burger paper and clean remnants so I could take it back to Europe as a souvenir! Thank you very much, great team! 🇩🇪🖤🇺🇸♥️🏔️"

"An atmospheric stay with classic flair. Breakfast was plentiful, the rooms spotless, and the bed so soft that I didn't wake up early enough. The other guests were very friendly and interesting. I learned a great deal about American culture. The staff provided many helpful tips. The first day was slightly less pleasant as the hotel was completely booked up. Downtown and the river recreation parks are within walking distance. I had a fantastic time on the hotel's large terrace with lovely people. They showed me how to make great use of American phone apps. We had a huge amount of fun, until the neighbor called the police because we were laughing late into the night."

"You don't need gold from Alaska. Just one night at the Golden North Inn. Spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast, and staff so friendly that no questions are left unanswered. They seem able to read lips and read minds. I had the great pleasure of staying at the inn alongside Marines. It was fantastic. Moreover, I met a genuinely cool and interesting Native Alaskan who not only shared fascinating tales of his homeland, but also generously gifted me premium-quality nuts. A large supermarket is nearby. The airport is also not far, as are the quiet, relaxing natural landscapes of Alaska. I will return. Perhaps even next week. I already miss this peaceful and phenomenal sanctuary to rest, unwind, and recharge for any adventure."

"The choice is yours. Enjoy life and stock up on all the essentials at Fred Meyer. Not only is the beef jerky simply delectable, but the selection of healthy vegetables and sweet treats is fantastic. Furthermore, you will find everything you need here to quench your thirst."

"Mom is the best cook. She must have been my real mother. You have the choice. Everything is hearty, delicious, and within reach. You can even eat right next to the kitchen, as there is a lovely bar with very friendly folks. I can only recommend the burgers. Not only are they colossal, but they are also the finest I have ever eaten in America. Thank you so much, Mom, and many thanks to all the hardworking kitchen helpers. "Very good. Classic American Alaska flair. I was served good beer and Fernet Branca. The bartender was very experienced. We all had a grand time. Stories were swapped and jokes were cracked. America is great again. Alaska is its last frontier. Hu-ah! 🇺🇸🏔️🐟🖤"

"A nice bar with excellent rodeo dancers. They have great hats and super style. I was totally captivated by the artistry of their dancing boots. They were having genuine fun, just like the Bavarians! 🍻🐴🤠"

A classic local sports saloon and gathering hall where neighborhood patrons convene to watch northern broadcasts and share cold ales.

"Wow! I was totally thirsty while exploring Fairbanks. This place saved my day, as they have an outstanding wheat beer (Weißbier), blueberry beer lemonade, and exceptionally kind, respectful, and interesting guests. You can smoke right outside, and the patrons were very tolerant and open-minded. They asked about my travels and told me fascinating things about Alaska, life up north, and so much more. Later, I even ran into my great-aunt from the USA. She was on vacation as well and we had a great time! ♥️ You can't go wrong at RJ's if you want to quench your thirst. The only thing one might lament was the married bartender. I arrived too late in Alaska, just as she conquered my broken heart. But she is happily married and that is what truly counts.
