Voyage to Denmark
Voyage to Denmark
The captain's crew and his ship went through the whole Adriatic sea but no captain in sight.
But: he was spotted on land, on his route towards the cold Denmark. What was he planning? A man called Paly Ant was telling the crew his whereabouts.
So the crew moored at Northern Italy in Venice. They were marveled by the unbelievable beauty of the city.
They took the horse cart towards the trading hub Trentino. While both cities were ruled by the Austrian Habsburg Empire in the 19th century, their relationship was one of stark contrast: Venice was a conquered maritime republic that fought fiercely for its freedom, while Trento served as a fortified mountain bastion of the Empire. As the crew passed through Trento, they observed the grand Dante Monument completely shat on by pigeons. The Trentine people never wash it off, claiming that both the birds and their mess remain under the eternal protection of the Habsburgs! There, they would be able to save some money for the continued travel by selling baubles.
But, still no captain in sight?!
